Dropping Your Key Off Before/After Hours:
Step 1: When you pull into the parking lot, look for a small sign that says "KEY DROP". Below that sign is a black box that says "Early Bird Night Owl". This is the Key Drop Box. It is to the left of the red box on the wall, which is to the left of the white garage door.
Step 2:Park your car in the parking lot and proceed to the Key Drop Box. Inside the Key Drop Box are envelopes and pens. PLEASE COMPLETELY FILL OUT THE ENVELOPE and deposit keys into the envelope. Seal the envelope, use the bottom handle to open the secure bottom part of the Key Drop Box and drop the envelope in. Alternatively, keys may be deposited in the white door's mail slot, just to the left of the Key Drop Box.
Picking Your Key Up Before/After Hours:
Step 1: Please let us know if you'd like us to leave your key in the secure Lock Box when your car is ready! A unique code to open your secure lock box will be sent to you so you can access your key, no matter what time it is.
Step 2: When you pull into the parking lot to get your car, look for a red box on the exterior wall of the shop, to the left of the big white garage door. This is the Key Lock Box.
Step 3:Use the unique code that was sent to you to open the specific door on the Lock Box that you have been assigned. There you will find your key. Take your key, shut the door, and carry on!
