Great service!

Apple Auto reviewed a checklist of maintanence items recommended by a Honda dealer. They discovered that none of the recommended services were necessary. Apple did, however, discover two serious problems that needed immediate attention that were NOT noted by the dealer! BJ took the time to explain the extent of the needed repairs and why they were necessary. The final cost of the repairs came in exactly as quoted, even though some extra parts that were replaced were not part of the original estimate. The only downside was that one remaining problem will need to be completed by a Honda dealer since it requires access to one of the onboard computers. I'll have to take the car to a different Honda dealer for this work - I hope I can find one who is honest!

I called AA on my way home from work when I realized one of my headlights was out. The courteous technician told me to bring my car right in and I was in and out of the garage with a new light (installed and purchased) within minutes! Not only did they have the bulb in stock (and apparently it's not a common one), but they were fast and so kind to squeeze me in at such short notice!

I've been coming to Apple Auto for a long time and I'm still getting quality service. I was concerned about changes in personnel but, service is still great and price is right. Thanks to all for the great work performance.

I have been patronzing Apple Auto since 1988. It pleases me that I've never been disappointed, inconvenienced or mistreated. The service is well done and explained in detail, the personal customer service is exemplary, and appreciation for my business is shared in word and deed. I recommend Apple Auto to everyone. I still miss John, but I know he's proud of the fine job "BJ" is doing!

As usual The guys at Apple were wonderful. Not only did they get me in in a reasonable time frame, but they went above and beyond what needed to be done. IN fact they told me that the problem was with a part that they ahd installed which they were able to fix under warranty. I would have had no clue if they had just told me that it was something else and charged me for it anyway.

I have taken several cars to Apple for the past few years, for everything from oil changes to alternators, to bearings, and everything in between. They work with you to make the repairs affordable and reliable. Their prices are in line with -- and often below -- other auto shops. One thing I really appreciate is the amount of time they'll take to go over all the repairs with their customers. I really can't say enough good things about them.

I had a wonderful experience when I had to replace my gas tank after running over a shredded tire on the highway. Craig explained all the options and they fixed the car as promised just under the estimated cost.
