My ex[erience with Apple is always favorable and helpful. I've used this service for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed with them. Each car I've owned has been well maintained and repaired (when necessary) in a reasonable time frame. They communicate efficiently and effectively -- and always in a kind and considerate manner. When you find customer service of this caliber, you stick with it.

I am a single mother with a 19 year old van. When I brought my van to Apple Auto for "a second opinion", I found them to be honest about the work that needed to be done and have excellent prices for the work that needed to be done. They never pressured me to make repairs, and they even discussed with me if the cost of the repair was worth it for such an old van. The mechanic presented me with all my options in clear straightforward language. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend Apple Auto for friendly, honest, reliable service.

I brought my 2006 Civic here after my warranty had been expired for a while, and my dealership told me I needed a good deal of maintenance done that would set me back around $300. My brother recommended Apple Auto to me, and I am so glad he did. When I brought my car in and told him what the dealership said I needed verses what I could afford, Dave worked out what absolutely had to be done at that time, and what could wait for the next time I came in for maintenance. His prices were much lower than the dealership, of course. The best part was that Dave explained things to me in a way that I could understand without being condescending or impatient. I really appreciate his friendly and helpful attitude, and will gladly make the trip to Hamilton from Towson to bring my car to Apple.
