We have been going to Apple Auto for over 10 years (even after we moved out of the neighborhood.) They are convenient and honest -- and will gladly explain what is wrong (they showed me a video of my worn out ball joints!)

Excellent service, and the car hasn’t driven this well in years, despite frequent servicing (or lack of it) from other automotive service businesses. I will be taking both of my cars to Apple from now on. After years of being ripped-off by chain garages and wannabe mechanics who are clueless, I have finally found an honest and qualified place to take my cars — better late than never. Thanks!

I was in the area for business and my car developed some issues. I came stopped by, based on the existing reviews that I found. I was not disappointed. The Service was Great, Simple and Easy.

My car was towed to Apple Auto when my car was overheating. Shawn and Peyton always made me feel comfortable with the needed repairs and what will be needed in the future. Its refreshing to find a place that does not try and take advantage of you or make you feel stupid because you're a woman. They also were able to get me a reimbursement for my tow.

I desperately needed some work done on my front brakes and rotors due to trouble stopping and occasional pulsating. During my 30K service visit at the Lexus stealership, they told me I needed new pads and rotors, stating that the rotors were too thin to machine them...they also quoted me nearly $800. New rotors on a 2016 car (1st owner) and only 30K miles seemed a bit weird to me. I live in the neighborhood and always receive the coupons in the mail. So, I decided to call Apple Auto and Shawn was able to squeeze me in the same day. I dropped the car off and walked home. Shawn followed up with me promptly to discuss their findings and the cost to do the work. Needless to say, it was much more affordable and their equipment measured sufficient “life” remaining on my rotors, as I figured. I did ask for a quote on the work with new rotors out of curiosity and it was still hundreds less than Lexus. Working with Shawn and the other gentleman behind the counter was a very pleasant experience because honesty, good service, and zero attitude is hard to come across these days. FYI - this was on 12/2 and my brake pads seem to be settled in nicely with the machined rotors and it honestly feels brand new again and safe to drive/brake. Thanks again!
