I needed a Brake job (I thought) but Apple Auto found the issue. They actually found more than one issue and I appreciate that they went out of the way to put them in order of importance for me and then spent some time explaining it all. I just got my tie rods replaced and the car drives like brand new again. They’re honest and the work was completed in Exactly the timeframe they gave me. Thanks for the assist, Apple Auto! I am so happy to have found Apple Auto. I brought my new car there for her first oil change and the service was excellent. An additional plus is that I am legendarily bad at maneuvering cars and someone was willing to back my car out for me from the tight car Tetris they have going.

Apple Auto came recommended to me and I was very pleased with their service. I recently had work done on my vehicle st Heritage Volkswagen in Catonsville and Apple Auto informed me that one part related to my thermostat system had been broken but not replaced by Heritage. They did not charge me for the labor required to fix this part even though they caught and fixed the problem in addition to resolving my thermostat issue that I came in with. In addition, I needed my car to be fixed ASAP for a road trip and they did everything in their power to have the car ready as soon as possible (3 days) even though I was a new customer. They were very communicative, responsive, and honest. I will be using them again.

Excellent work and friendly service

After having negative experiences with shops in the past I was very nervous about bringing my car to a shop. Everyone at Apple Auto really made sure I felt comfortable. They got me a ride to my work and stayed in contact through the day as they worked on my car. This is the only shop I will be using from now on

Awesome service and always friendly and helpful. Able to diagnose any car issue and repair them along with repairing related future repairs in the same area of the car so it saves me money in the long term.
