After a not so great experience somewhere else, I had my car towed to Apple Auto. BJ and the team there were helpful and kind, providing great service at an affordable price. They even helped me work with the other shop to get a refund. I highly recommend them!

Apple Auto has proven again and again over the 9 years we've taken our cars to them that they're honest and professional -- IMO, the 2 most important qualities of an auto repair company. They work in a timely fashion, do a great job with repairs; and although they find potential issues, they let you know which ones are optional and which ones require more urgent attention. In short, they put the customer first.

Peyton went above and beyond to explain what exactly was wrong with my exhaust system after I had brought it in for an estimate. Everyone here is really nice and honest about what actually needs to be taken care of, and what can wait. In the midst of feeling overwhelmed, this was super helpful!

So far, the folks at Apple have been pretty great! When we moved into the area not too, too long ago, and a friend of ours who has lived here for a good while recommended Apple. When we asked around the neighborhood, we found that Apple seemed to have a good reputation. We’ve found their prices to be pretty fair and their work is on point. We also like the friendly and helpful service. Once, I had heard a noise in my tire, and one of the guys had me ride along so that I could point out what I was hearing. They don’t seem to try to push to get things fixed that don’t really need to be fixed, but they offer helpful suggestions on how to make the car run better. They also are super helpful with getting you set up with financing if you need that. Overall, it’s been a positive experience. Highly recommend!

The guys at Apple Auto have always been helpful and friendly to me and other car owners in my family. They have done a great job keeping my 15 yr old car running safely. They are totally trustworthy and knowledgeable about cars and what makes them tick.

We have been going to Apple Auto for over 20 years. They are honest, accommodating, and their services and prices for parts are reasonable.

I love that they are partnered with Lyft so I was able to be dropped off back home and then picked up when my car was ready. They serviced my vehicle quickly and it sounds and feels much better than it did. Very friendly staff and they kept me informed with what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be returning for my next service!
